Operated out of 40 Chapman St Proserpine Government Store come office downstairs. Manager residence upstairs – Milk room – small freezer under house. Larger cold room & freezer in shed out the back.
Started expanding into cheese which would come by rail. Operated with 2 trucks and one semi-trailer as we had to go to Mackay each day for milk.
